How do I get the Pokemon?

In order for us to catch any Pokemon or to add extra XP to your profile we would need to login to your account via our phone in order to complete your purchase. We have a reviews/feedback page which we highly suggest you take a read through and see just how trusted we have been with all our customers.

Will my account be safe?

100% yes! We do not store or record any login details that you provide us. As soon as your order is complete, we delete your email and no record of your account will remain with us. We also recommend that you change your password before submitting your details if this makes you a little more comfortable with the process.

Will my Pokemon / Account be safe?

When we begin your order, unless stated otherwise, we will only carry out what was purchased. We have no reason to delete any of your Pokemon and can guarantee that your account is safe whilst it's with us.

Why can't I use the game whilst you complete my order?

Using your account the same time that we're logged into your profile will cause any Pokemon, XP, Candy or Stardust to be removed from your account due to syncing issues. Not forgetting you can't be in 2 places at the same time.

How long will it take to complete my order?

Just like yourself reading this we have other fanatical trainers eagerly waiting for their order to be completed as well. This results in a slight queue of orders which we're constantly working through. We normally begin working on your order 1-5 hours after receiving it and then it usually takes around 1-2 hours to complete your order after logging in. For orders which specify a specific rare Pokemon you know just as much as we do how hard they are to find. Even though we class ourselves as Pokemon masters, and even know where these pokemon can be found. They don't always pose as an easy target hence why we charge slightly more for rarer Pokemon. Times can vary and we suggest a max waiting time of 48 hours during extremely busy periods, you are free to use your account during this time but once we email you to start your order, you will then be required to log out.
